Louise is a commercial lawyer working with the firm’s online gaming team. With a strong focus on gaming regulatory matters, she regularly advises Gibraltar’s B2C and B2B remote gambling licence holders on regulatory, licencing, corporate and commercial matters. Louise has advised clients on cross-border structures and transactions as well as on finance and investment transactions. Louise works closely with industry leader Peter Montegriffo KC in the gaming context.

Louise’s practice also includes more general elements of corporate and commercial practice in Gibraltar. Owing to the private wealth generated by gaming entrepreneurs over time and her strong client relationships, her practice also includes elements of private client work, including the establishment of trusts and family offices in Gibraltar.
